The UES Early Literacy Institute and the Creating a Thinking Curriculum Institute are designed to help teachers enhance their practice and ensure that students have the skills necessary for success in the 21st century. These institutes use a model for change that recognizes the power of individual teachers to motivate and inspire colleagues to create learning communities at their home schools.
