Childcare For Pupil Free Days 2007-2008
Once again this year we will be offering childcare on Pupil Free Days at UES in the Gregg G. Juarez Community Hall, under the supervision of a UES staff member. Childcare will be available during regular school hours 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. For children who are enrolled in the Extended Day Program, child care will be provided until 5:30 p.m. Enrollment is limited to 50 children. The first 50 paid reservations will be honored. A wait list will be created and parents will be notified by phone if an opening should occur. Childcare forms are available at the Front Desk.
- The cost of childcare is $20.00 per day.
- Payment options:
- Pay in advance now for all pupil free days for the year
- Pay 2 weeks in advance of the date you are requesting childcare
- This fee is non-refundable. We will not be able to take children in the program without a space being reserved
and paid for ahead of time. We w ill need to know in advance what childcare dates you would like to reserve.
- If you wish to have childcare, please return the form below to Sara Herñandez in the UES billing office with your
check for $20.00 per day, two weeks in advance of the scheduled Pupil Free Day. Form must be accompanied by
payment before reservations can be made for your child.
